Privacy
Account privacy and round confidentiality are separate protections. Both matter.
Information used to arrange your round
Combat Golf stores account and contact information, athlete profiles and photos, packages, availability, booking requests, named guests, agreements, payment records, and round scores. These records support sign-in, arranging rounds, communicating status, and resolving booking issues.
Public profiles and live scores
Verified athlete profiles, published packages and availability are visible in the marketplace. A shared live-round link can display player names, scores and results to anyone who has the link. Do not share a private booking link: it gives access to your booking details.
Private booking information
The buyer, the booked athlete and the Owner receive the information needed to arrange and manage a round. The exact course is withheld from the buyer until the 24-hour reveal window. Athlete participation and location must be kept confidential under the Round Protection Terms.
Payments
Combat Golf displays remittance instructions after a booking is accepted. Payments and payouts take place outside the app. The app records payment confirmations and settlement information; it does not sign in to Mercury, move funds, or store your bank login credentials.
Service providers and device storage
Lovable Cloud supports account access, application records and media storage. Sign-in delivery and hosting providers process information needed to operate the service. Your browser stores sign-in session and app preferences, and may store unfinished private-match drafts on your device.
Your information
You can update your profile and sign out on a shared device. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Combat Golf through the contact channel used for your booking. Booking and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. Do not send bank passwords or verification codes.
