Round Protection Terms

1. Privacy and confidentiality

The athlete's participation, the course, and the tee time are confidential. Do not post, tag, geotag, livestream, or announce the round before or during play.

Photos and posts are welcome after the round ends, unless the athlete asks otherwise.

A leak that puts the athlete at risk lets the athlete cancel the round with no refund to the buyer.

2. Locked roster

Every player is named when the request is sent. Only those players may attend.

Bringing anyone not on the roster, including spectators, can end the round on the spot. The booking is forfeited with no refund.

One guest substitution is allowed up to 24 hours before tee time, from your private booking page. The lead buyer cannot be swapped.

3. Venue reveal

You know the date, area, and tee time once the round is confirmed. The exact course is revealed 24 hours before tee time.

4. Course costs and escort cart

The buyer covers green fees, carts, caddies, and course charges.

Some athletes travel with security. When an athlete's profile says an escort cart is required, the buyer arranges and pays for one extra cart at check-in.

5. Cancellations

If the athlete cancels for any reason, the buyer receives a full refund, or may choose a 12-month credit usable with any athlete on the roster.

If the buyer cancels more than 14 days before the round: full refund or free reschedule.

If the buyer cancels inside 14 days: the booking is final. The athlete may approve a reschedule at their discretion.

6. Weather and course closures

If the course closes or suspends play, the round becomes a rain check and is rescheduled with the athlete. Unplayed holes carry to the new date.

7. Conduct

Trash talk is part of the game at the Combat level you choose. Harassment, threats, intoxication that endangers others, and unsolicited requests for autographs or personal contact details are not.

The athlete or Combat Golf may end a round for serious misconduct, with no refund.

8. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with Combat Golf after the athlete accepts. Refunds and credits are issued by Combat Golf and recorded on your booking.

Combat Golf is a skill-based experience. It is not gambling, betting, or fantasy sports.
