Refund & cancellation policy
The same rules agreed to when you request your round. No separate or additional refund promise.
If the athlete cancels
Full refund, or a 12-month credit if the buyer prefers.
If you cancel more than 14 days before tee time
Full refund or free reschedule.
If you cancel 14 days or less before tee time
No cash refund. Reschedule only if the athlete approves.
Weather and course closures
Rain check. The round is rescheduled with the athlete. Unplayed holes carry to the new date.
Privacy, roster and conduct breaches
A confidentiality leak that puts the athlete at risk, an unlisted attendee, or serious misconduct may end the round with no refund, as described in the Round Protection Terms.
Requesting a refund or reschedule
Contact Combat Golf through your booking contact channel with your booking reference. The Owner records the cancellation and applicable refund or credit. Payments and refunds are handled off-app; an app status is not proof that funds have reached your bank. Bank processing times vary.
